1. Introduction Welcome to our flower subscription service. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your subscription.
2. Service Description We operate exclusively as a subscription-based floral service. We do not fulfill one-off retail orders. Our service provides subscribers with regular deliveries of fresh, seasonal flowers according to the chosen subscription tier and frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
3. Bespoke Arrangements and Floral Availability Every floral arrangement we deliver is bespoke and custom-designed.

Creative License: By subscribing, you grant our florists full creative license to select the blooms, colors, and foliage.

Variations: Because we work with fresh, seasonal agricultural products, no two arrangements will ever be identical. Any photographs on our website or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only to demonstrate size and design style, not to depict the exact arrangement you will receive.

Allergies and Pet Safety: While we strive to accommodate specific requests if noted on your account, we cannot guarantee a strictly allergen-free environment or that all included blooms are non-toxic to household pets.
4. Delivery Policy

Service Area: We currently only deliver to residential and commercial addresses within the city limits of Brentwood, TN, and Franklin, TN. We reserve the right to cancel and refund subscriptions if the delivery address falls outside of these designated areas.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on predetermined days based on your subscription tier. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to variable routing and traffic conditions.

Receiving Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location near the front door. We are not responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged arrangements (including weather or pest damage) once the delivery has been completed.

Gated Communities and Restricted Access: It is the subscriber’s responsibility to provide gate codes, guard instructions, or building access codes prior to the delivery day. If our courier cannot access the property, the arrangement will be returned to our studio, and a redelivery fee may apply.
5. Billing and Subscription Renewals

Recurring Charges: By signing up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis aligned with your subscription frequency.

Pausing or Modifying Subscriptions: You may pause, modify, or update the delivery address for your subscription by accessing your account portal or contacting us. Changes must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled delivery. Changes made after this window will take effect on the following billing cycle.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle's delivery.

Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If your arrangement arrives severely damaged or in poor condition, please contact us with a photograph within 24 hours of delivery, and we will evaluate the issue for a replacement or a credit toward your next delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or the delivery of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific delivery in question.
8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
9. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our subscription service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
